I have learned my painting skills on my own - with the help of art books, other artists' advice and hours and hours of painting. I have many favorite subjects - I have received my Certificate in Egyptology at the Manchester University and am now working towards the Diploma in Egyptology, so it comes as no surprise I love to paint ancient Egyptian subjects. I have painted horses since I was three years old. And in my cat paintings I try to make a piece of art - even though they are portraits, I add a beautiful background and want to make the painting stand out as a piece of art as well.
I use oils, gouache, acrylics, graphite, color pencils... Well, almost anything really. And I want to paint subjects that make me feel joy.
I also draw a cute little book-lowing owl called Book Owlie. He is a friend of anyone who loves books.
And I love to photograph any- and everything I like. Hope others enjoy my photos too.
